I contacted them about my leaking gyser and first consultant rudely dropped my call when I complained that I couldn't hear her clearly. I called again and was assisted by a very friendly lady who was patient with me when I couldn't get the information she needed on my side until I found it. She then booked for me which didn't take long because they came and fixed it sooner than I was expecting
