Kwikot geysers are the worst and warranty means nothing

Yes, however It would have been nice if the technician who visited twice would have been informed to educate me on capacity as this is Kwikot’s field of expertise and not mine. First visit by Kwikot I was told it may be the the municipality’s timer. On the second visit Kwikot still couldn’t explain the cause of the problem. In fact your technician told me his in laws a family Of 3 or 4, use a 100 L geyser. So I shouldn’t be having a problem with 1 1/2 persons in a household, according to him. When I spoke to Chandre to make a booking, she said maybe I have a leak. So the entire experience was trial and error, searching for answers. I am pleased to have now learnt that if you buy a 100L geyser- that enables a shower of 10 minutes and then the hot water is finished. What I have also learnt is, do your OWN research before buying a geyser. Because companies don’t educate until there is a problem. It’s first the sale. And when you sit with problems in the end you are STUCK with a geyser that doesn’t serve your personal purpose all because you didn’t do your OWN research.Ultimately you will be told “you will have to sell it” and in the end time, money and energy will be lost,all because you were not well informed before buying the geyser.
