Kwikot geysers

My 1 year old geyser started leaking with rusted water in May, I waited 4 days before Kwikot sent one of their employees out who first said the geyser is not warranteed as the plumber did not install a pressure valve. His assistant pointed out that it indeed had one so he changed his tune and said the leak stopped and he was forbidden by the company to change the Geyser. Two months later the bottom of the geyser started gushing water so I went to Builders Warehouse who supp**** it. No joy there but they logged a complaint and gave me a Ref number. Called Kwikot direct they say it may take 7 days to get someone out AND TO CALL MY INSURANCE to send a plumber to isolate the hot water. KWIKOT blames load shedding so I told her almost everyone has TIMERS these days to turn geysers on and off so that excuse does not fly. KWIKOT QUALITY IS THE WORSE which is why they have such a backlog and I warn anyone needing to replace there geysers NOT TO REPLACE IT WITH A KWIKOT PRODUCT!!!
