Bad service. 4 Days to replace a burst geyser, still under warrenty.We're running a Lodge!

18 Mar 2021, 14:26You promised to widen the trap door for geyser to fit through and asked for the job to be done on the 18th, which is today. The Plumbers are going to be there today to do the installation.

18 Mar 2021, 16:14You're in the wrong. They arrived yesterday to replace the geyser. Then they told me the trapdoor is to small. I've to look for someone to do it this morning at 9. True, I told Simon to arrange with Kwikot to come out today. My guy made the hole bigger this morning. Your guy only arrived here 12.30 and he still busy.
The problem is ,since Monday morning 11.11 till yesterday ,is bad service!
Do you think I should have known that the geyser is now bigger than the previous one? I'm not a plumber!
