Kwikot Geyser Guarantee

So my Kwikot Geyser bursts. Still Under the 5 yr guarantee. Kwikot readily agrees to replace the unit. However on arrival at my Chatsworth home they advise me that the home is made of hollow blocks and the geyser should have been mounted using Thread bars to avoid the unit from falling. They then refuse to install the new unit, unless thread bars are installed. I questioned them as to where in this 5 year guarantee deal , this is pointed out to the customer. I was advised that the plumber should know. I agree. but the thing is , i , am not a plumber, so when the plumber installs the unit, i assumed that all is well. I knew no better. I point out that whilst the geyser boldly advertises the 5 year guarantee, it does not state , \if installed according to manufacturers specifications."Also "
