Kwikot geyser and Builders warehouse

I purchased a geyser on 28 Dec 2019from Builders warehouse, the product is a Kwikot 150 liters geyser with a 5 year warranty on the product. I logged a query for a leaking geyser on Monday 09 Oct 2023 the ref number ***. The plumbers came through and advised that the warranty claim will be covered due to using a pcv reconditioned valve. At point of purchase at Builders Warehouse nothing was stated about the purchase of a new valve to match the geyser. I have since called Electrolux and talked to Sibongile Radebe she told me that plumber who installed the geyser should have been certified to do such installation. This was new information because it was never communicated or was I offered an installer. She offered to transfer the caller to a service supervisor who was not available to take may call. Sibongile asked that I should call back to speak to the supervisor. I made her aware that I am requesting to be called back by the supervisor. When I bought the geyser the was no advice on what would render the warranty invalid.
