Kwikot Durban NOT INTRESTED IN CUSTOMERS

Electrolux Kwikot Kzn a total Failure, my call was logged in on 11-10-2022 ,a technician named Innocent Mbili was assigned, when he arrived, he said that the geyser is to high and require two teams, He failed to put a ladder and inspect, OVER One week later, No feedback, I called Kwikot only to be told he **** that there's no information plate on the geyser, I can confirm that there is a information tag. please investigate this employee as he was NOT interested and and looked drugged or drunk.
