Kwikot - Burst Geyser

Hi , I would like to complain about my dissatisfaction with the way Kwikot Dbn handle my query,

1. My Geyser stopped working about a week. 2. I had my plumber to come n change the element to my amazement the problem was that the Geyser had burst. 3. Geyser was purchased at Asmals hardware in Verulam on the 29/08/2020 4. Contacted Kwikot Dbn who was prompt in attending to my query and sent out their Contractor (Goodwill plumbers) who assessed and accepted Geyser burst. 5. Kwikot Dbn then sent out their guys to change Geyser but they refuted the claim stating borehole water being used. 6. When purchased the Geyser no one informed about usage of borehole water. 7. For the last 40yrs we have only been using Kwikot geysers due to their product quality. 8. We did have a previous problem after 4yrs of purchased date and Kwikot exchange the unit and borehole water was used. 9. Kwikot has not given explanatory reason to why claim rejected but only reason ( borehole water being used) we have been using borehole water for 40yrs now. 10. Previous kwikot Geysers installed was of higher quality not for recently manufactured Geysers to burst within 5months. I await your reply Kwikot Management.
