Kwikot bad service and product.

Bad service and this is my kwikot geyser that didn't even last 4 years,I am now 5 days without water and they say it will take a minimum of 7 working days for the plumber to come out in the mean time I'm without hot water.their excuse is they have a backlog and according to the consultants I spoke to it is out of their hands.NEVER EVER INSTALL A KWIKOT GEYSER ,IT WONT LAST YOU EVEN FOR 5 YEARS I PROMISE,THEY MISSION IS TO MAKE MORE MONEY WHICH IS SIMIILAR TO A CHENISE PRODUCT.PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE THIS PRODUCTS WORSE NIGHTMARE EVER
