Kwikot - After Sales Services pathetic!

I purchased a kwikot geyser in July 2018. Upon installation the isolator switch was working and was bypassed by the installer. In August 2018 the mixing valve broke and the same installer bypassed the valve. The installer informed me Kwikot has to replace the parts and will be in contact.

Now I get an E1 error on my controller and still have these parts missing. The installer has contacted kwikot numerous times to come rectify and even I have contacted them to have this resolved. No luck and it seems Kwikot does not care about after sales services!!!!!!
