Kwikhot Heatpump - Useless product - Dont BUY

I had a qualified installer install this Kwikhot heatpump and geyser in February. Kwikhot says 1 year warranty and they will replace if it does not work. I used to have hot water which means the installation was correct, recently never had hot water for 2 adults and 2 kids, it gets cold after 1 person baths. Kwikhot then sent their team who said my installation is wrong. I then paid their installer to correct this who was onsite several times and said its now correct. We, to date, never had hot water for 2 adults and 2 kids. I was told by kwikhot that if they switch off heatpump, I will have same problem from the geyser as the installation is not correct. I then switched off heatpump and for a month, I have good hot water for 6 people. I paid R27 000 for the heatpump solution, which is now a waste of money as Kwikhot is saying they cannot replace my heatpump as they blame the installer, then they blame the geyser, then they blame the pipes and so on. Kwikhot is making excuses in order not to replace their faulty unit....even if the unit is not faulty, I paid their installer to fix the installation, and now their installer is saying I must pay again to fix the installation.
