Kwikhot Gysers

Had a burst gyser this afternoon, it is unacceptable that a national company like Kwikhot dont have a 24 hour service to replace my gyser which is still under warranty. The agent that took my call, said the Kwikhot Team works until 2pm on a Saturday and she will sms me the reference number for my complaint tomorrow morning. She informed me that she is on standby and her computer system was down. Only after I insisted on have a reference number, she gave me one. It seems that we has customers are held at ransom with inferior manufactered Gysers and have to beg for the warranty to be honoured in out of normal working hours.
