Kwikhot 24hour turn around time = 5 days.
Our plumber came out and found our kwikhot geyser had burst and it was still under warranty. We called the Johannesburg help line and was helped immediately and supp**** with a reference number and told kwikhot Cape town will appoint someone to replace the geyser. 24 hours later I have received nothing from Cape town Kwikhot. I called them and this is what I was told. Sir we have a 24 hour service working day agreement. In this case you called Wednesday 14 June so you would only receive any feedback Monday 19th of June 2023 when the 24 hour agreement ends. Really? No wonder South Africa is gone to the dumps.

19 Jun 2023, 09:14Some feedback from our cape town branch on my burst geyser under warranty. Call logged 14 June 2023. Called 08:45 on Monday 19 June. I was told they don’t have a clue when I could be helped. This is the reference number 58-433023. We have decided that we would leave them to die on their own. We realise that you cannot resurrect the dead, only God can do that. Please have one minute silence.
It is no use to try and contact them they just ignore you all the way. They put the phone down when they hear it is you speaking.
This is my daughters house and we are two old people of 70 without hot water. You know what? We we raised without electricity and hot water. We can take it.
