Well, is someone still looking into this? A week later....? Alfred called me last week Thursday night and we was very persistent to ensure that we set up that he would be there on Saturday at 10:00am to fit the valve himself. Well, guess what - Saturday morning 9:30 he calls to cancel and reschedule for Tuesday at 10:30. So I take half a days leave off work and make sure I'm at home and well.......I'm still waiting. I confirmed with him at 7:37am this morning with his respond to say "I will give you a shout at 10 today, yes will definitely be there" he still hasn't pitched and hasn't bothered to call me or even let me know he's not coming. Kwikot, this is the type of "approved" contractors you are associating with your brand - WELL DONE!!

Well, is someone still looking into this? A week later....? Hi Alfred, I live in a security estate. If you or your boys were at the gate as you claim, the security would call me, my wife or our third contact to say someone is at the gate to come to our stand number. I will question security when I get home this evening as they will have a record of anyone trying to enter the estate. We received no such call and as mentioned, I was at home all morning waiting. Why did you not call me on my cell phone, or ensure security called me to say you're sitting at the gate, or even send me a message? ill tell you why, because you were not there. And, if you allow your boys or yourself to sit around doing nothing for "5 hours or 3 hours waiting" it clearly shows you cannot manage your business properly. Its been lies and excuses since the 7 September when you did the work. Its taken nearly 3 months for this to be resolved and its still not resolved.
