Kelvinator Dishwasher

I reported my Kelvinator Dishwasher on 15 March 2016 at Macro Vanderbijlpark. Macro told me that my dishwasher will be fixed on Friday 18March 2016. As i did not received feedback i called Macro on 18 March 2016 to follow up on my request. Today Friday 18 March Jaque from Macro told me that Electrolux cant help me today... So I called Electrolux myself to find out what the problem is. So Christal Jacobs told me the service can only be done on 19 March 2016. I think this is really bad customer service.
