Inferior product, shoddy service and lousy dealer support by KWIKOT

Stay clear from installing Kwikot geysers. Unreliable and poor service. My plumber installed one for me three weeks ago, now it seems that the element has blown. Kwikot now has a whole process where I wait forever for them to validate the guarantee claim.

I really do not know what the complaint is. The call was done within hours of logging the call. See snipped below
