Incorrect information giving

Iam very disappointed at the service I received with regards to my geyser ,I have been giving the run around.<br> One of your guys was there Friday and advised me that the thermo stat and element was burnt and I should <br> Call a private plumber.<br> I called out a plumber and he fitted and new thermo stat and element on Sunday.<br> There was hot water for that time now yesterday my kids get home from school and find no hot water and <br> My yard filled with water again.<br> Had to call a plumber again yesterday to come check what has happened.<br> And the plumber says its got nothing to do with parts but its the geyser itself.<br> I had to use my last money to a private plumber all for nothing.<br> Iam really frustrated with this right now as I have been sitting without hot water since last week Friday.<br> And with my daughters condition I do need the hot water.I then called them today and advised them I followed their instrcutions of replacing thermo stat and element and still I dont have hot water.<br> this guy tells me now that I need to replace another thing cause by replacing the thermo stat and element one needs to do the safety valve. Iam not happy at all cause i still dont have hot water.
