Impressive and quick service.

We woke to find our geyser had burst. It was only 18 months old. Called the Kwikot service centre at around 08h30 for the first time, were advised what we needed to do, who to call, what to report. At 11h30 we had a call back from them advising that I would be contacted by a local service agent. They called and came to site. By 14h30 we had a new geyser installed already. There were no costs to us at all. The job was done fast, efficiently and fast. I was very impressed with the standard of service we received and the simplicity of dealing with the supplier. I extend my thanks to the company, what could of been a disaster right before xmas, turned out to be my best service received in 2023.
