I wouldn't trust these guys or their products / Inferior service and products

First broken geyser was replaced BUT they dropped the new geyser before installing leaving a big dent in it. They then stepped through my roof causing a big hole in my ceiling. Afterwards, I enquired with their customer service that they come assist fixing the hole and inspecting the geyser they installed as they dropped it and I was worried that they damaged it. They NEVER responded.

I am now selling my house and getting a plumbing COC. The plumber tells me they've installed incorrectly, the geyser is leaking out of the warm water port, they need to replace tray, put Geyser planks and make fall, fix safety valve pipe and make sure vacuum breakers and replaced and is 300mm higher than the geyser. They should have done this in the first place.

I then email them asking for support and all they say is that geyser is out of warranty. Will be reporting to Ombudsman.
