Technician came through to assess unit today.Upon assessment ****roach infestation was confirmed – Please see below zoomed in pictures taken on site.

****roaches search for Warm places and the Feces apparent in the casing of the PCB is a indication that they have been present for some time****roaches move around and touch high voltage components which can short out your product – It was established on site that the PC board was damaged due to thisAs per signed Job card attached we did inform the parts required and that we would need to Quote as the Warranty is voided due to investationClient was informed on attachd mail Warranty voided and also spare shortage which will delay quotation.
