I will NEVER buy another AEG appliance!

Have been trying for over a year to get spare bulbs for an AEG extractor, to no avail. Many emails, many phone calls, and NO-ONE (including their so called preferred agents) could be bothered... I will NEVER buy another AEG appliance (and nor will any of my friends, after this experience).
