holding me to a fine print
when you have a geyser replaced by your insurance co, the contracting plumbers fit the kwikot geyser and you sign on the dotted line as received and they leave. they dont tell you anything about the fine print you just signed . well... last year my kwikot geyser was replaced by my insurance company. the water was leaking from the geyser. however, within the year, the water started leaking again and kwikot replaced the geyser with a another one. within 5 months, the geyser stopped working. since december 0f 2017, i have been unsuccessful in getting kwikot to rectify the problem. the reason given is that the element and the thermostat is over the 1 year warranty. but the geyser is only 5 months old. the response i received is that the warranty starts from the old geyser... im confused. how can a warranty continue from a damaged geyser. there was nothing wrong with the old element and thermostat. i did however receive an email from kwikot.. asking another representative to handle the situation. i did receive a response from the local representative who gave he the same story. so im not winning about 5 mins ago.. i received a call from another representative giving me the same story that i have a 2 months waranty on a new replacement geyser. seems that kwikot does not have any confidence in their product
