HERMAN WEBBER HANGS UP ON ME. Query on Kwikot Electricity Consumption

<p>Since the installation of my KWIKOT geyser(previous geyser replaced burst) my electricity consumption has increased drastically. I am trying to do a process of elimination and HERMAN WEBBER is exceptionally rude and inpatient. He has hung up on me after he does not give me time to talk, he wants to tell me what is happening in my home in terms of my appliances that are on, and he wants to tell me what i am thinking. A very pushy person with absolutely no patience. I advise anyone who installs a KWIKOT to think very carefully as the after sales service is terribly and this from a Technical Director. I still need to however keep on investigating even is if means getting SABS and consumer protection involved but i need to find out why my GEYSER is consuming so much power. is there perhaps a short? Questions i could not ask HERMAN WEBBER becasue he is abrupt rude and hangs up.</p>
