Heat Pump Control Panel
The battery on the control panel of my heat pump malfunctioned. I discovered that the battery is not replaceable and when I contacted Kwikot on 18/05 about this aspect of the design they did not hesitate to remedy the situation. They sent a new control panel to the local service provider and it was fitted today 21/05. Great Service - thank you Kwikot (James).
