Guarantee - What is guaranteed
<p>I bought a geyser January last year with 3 yearguarantee .Not the geyser overflows and many attempt to get it sorted with them failed .The reason they wont assist is because the electric arent guaranteed . What they guarantee is basicaly only the casing as I understand. </p>
The warranty is as follows : Tank = 5 years, All valves, drain**** and Vacuum breakers = 2 years and elctrical components = 1 year. Please refer to the warranty booklet that came with the geyser which explains more in detail. Regards (GM)
