Great service

On Friday night (15 Jan 2015) at approx. 2230 I heard water dripping at the back of my house. On checking, I realized that it was coming from the ceiling mounted geyser and I immediately shut off the water supply to the geyser. Recalling that the geyser was within its 5 year guarantee period I called Kwikot at approx. 9 am on Saturday. I provided the consultant with the serial number, model, type of geyser, etc and my contact/address details. I was told that a plumber would come around during the course of the Saturday. At approx. 12.30, the plumber arrived, assessed the leak and replaced the geyser all within 45 minutes. No paperwork was required. Kudos to Kwikot, Phillipi for your efficient services.
