goods were damaged-Additional costs
I have purchsed a geyser still under warranty and it was defected, as a result this geyser got rusty and started to leak so much that it flooded certain parts of my home and severly damaged my ceiling. I have now enquired with Kwikcot and the state they not liable for damages. This is totally unacceptable because if the geyser was manufactured properly i wouldnt have to incur additional costs.

Our warranty does not make provision for consequencial damages as this should be claimed from your Insurance Company. We are sending you a copy of the T&C's via email for your perusal.
