Geyser replace from Kwikot

Good day, my name is Disebo. I bought a geyser at kwikot in 2018 December, now my geyser is broken and its still has warranty, which is ending this year December. I went too kwikot store too file in a report for the issue regarding my geyser, and they told me they will send someone to come check the geyser, which they did unfortunately they told me they wont be able too assist me due too the following reasons, 1. The NRV is between the PRV and the geyser -Not allowed

2. The cold water vacuum breaker is not 300mm above the geyser

To be honest I find it very unfair that they can't assist me, while my geyser is on warranty. I have evidence stating that they can't assist me, however Hellopeter I kindly ask your assistance to take this matter further.
