Geyser packed up
On 02/04/2011 we had a geyser replaced by Kwikot. On 12/09/2015 the geyser packed up and water coming through roof. We contacted them as it has a 5 year warrenty, and they tell us that they cannot repair / replace it as this is the 2nd geyser!!!! Its not our fault the geyser packed up!

When a geyser gets replaced during the warranty period, the warranty is not extended or start afresh. The manufactures warranty on your geyser has expired and is now transferred to your Insurance who should attend to the replacement as an Insurance Claim. Regards (GM)
