Geyser leak

Kwikot has the worst service and do not care about their customers. I reported a leaking geyser and second day still no one has come to replace the geyser. I called them many times and their attitude sucks. You cannot expect customers to wait for days to resolve a leaking geyser, this is an emergency to be resolved urgently. I called even National Service manager who promised to follow up and get back to me which never happened. I sent them email complaining about their service and no one bother to even respond.
