Geyser issues

I was fitted with a new geyser in 2021 and the reason was the previous initial geyser which was fitted in 2017 also failed! Now the company says sorry " the 2nd geyser warranty is carried over from the 1st geyser in terms of months remaining on that 1st geyser" Please be aware of this!
