GEYSER FAULT

I experienced the bad services from this company last year on 15 April I bought a kwikot geyser at cashbuild but now the geyser has blasted i went to report because I still had a warranty but now they're failing to replace the geyser they've have been giving me excuses since from the day I went to report about the blast geyser. They said i should give them a serial number, slip, plumber certificate but now they're giving me excuses after excuses I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THESE PEOPLE HAVE BAD SERVICES AND THEY DERSEVE TO BE EXPOSED
