Gas hob
I complained to AEG about my gas hob, they sent a technician to come out on Friday to check my hob, he mentioned it was faulty and needed to be replaced. He said they will come this week to change the hob. There has been no response from them. My pots are getting ruined every time I cook. I need this matter to be sorted asap. I am being ignored completely. I have send ample emails and got not one response from anyone!!! 😡😡😡😡😡. Service is Pathetic!!!!!

06 Jul 2022, 18:18I was tolded by the technician that I need to replace my gas hob as it’s high flamed!! So why the jets only??? Can you give it to me in writing that by just changing the jets my problem will be solved??? My expensive pots have been damaged due to this hob!!!! 😡😡😡😡
