frozen by electrolux

<p>Since we bought the Electrolux Freezer, we have had nothing but trouble. This year alone, the freezer malfunctioned three times. Then we had a problem again, in October when the temperature was rising. We logged a call on 13 October 2016 and despite assurances from Electrolux, no one has come out to attend to the complaint. I thought I had bought a reputable brand but alas, the service of Electrolux is woeful. </p>
