Firgidaire Induction Range: Fire Hazard and Defective

Bought a Frigidaire induction range 2 years ago. It has never worked properly for more than a day. Here are some of the things it randomly and independently does: 1. Turns itself on and off, with beeps sounding...night or day. 2. Actually turned a hob onto preheat by itself, twice. The first time a cookie sheet was on the stove top and it melted a large section that was over the hob. It could have started a fire if I had not been close by and smelled and saw smoke. The stove top had not been used that day, just the oven. 3. It is unreliable while baking, turning off the temperature you set after part way through the baking. 4. Three days ago, after an item was taken out of the oven, the stove suddenly started beeping wildly and quit. It is now unusable, not responding to any thing. I believe this range is fatally flawed. Two attempts have been made by authorized repair men with no success. The first repair attempt was made within the warranty period. I think that this is a "lemon" and it should be replaced.
