I'd like to commend Lionel Schultz from Kwikot, Ruline Du Plooy and Anastacia Chadayan from Electrolux Service department and especially Vicki, Gift and Sbu from V&P Services (sub-contracted by Kwikot) for exceptional service delivery, efficiency, great communication and personable staff which made my burst geyser an easy situation to deal with...less than 1 day from me notifying them of my issue.
