Failure to fulfill obligation

In May 2022, Kwikot Electrolux hosted a competition whereby 5 people would supposedly win a geyser blanket. To this day they have not fulfilled their obligation. i have chatted to them and all i get told is that they will check with their "team" and get back. I have contacted their Marketing team specifically Steven Bosch and got told they dont have stock yet they are supplying stores. Now Steven Bosch doesnt even respond to mails. Next stop is the competition council NCC and Wendy Knowler.
