Extremely unprofessional service from AEG / Electrolux JNB

AEG used to be a very reputable make with excellent after sales service, but sadly, it lost its brilliance. I have reported a fault with our side by side fridge / freezer a month ago. The technician Mr Naidoo, spent 5 minutes looking at the fridge and charged us a call fee of 580.00. Two days later the problem persisted: called the technical department again. A month later the problem has not been resolved and nobody even care to respond to telephone calls or SMS messages. Do not buy AEG / Electrolux
