Extremely poor service

After complaining I received a call from AEG . I was told to call a supplier in Durban as the supplier will have a technician in my area. I called and was told the person I had to speak to will call back . I am still waiting a day later . I then received a call from AEG and told that the repair technician will call today and I will have to pay a call out fee of R 550-00 , which I agreed to . The same company was to call me this morning and schedule a call today. I am still waiting. I really regret having bought an AEG appliance. It work well but the after sales service is non existing. I am quite surprised that AEG will have supplier for repairs that are pathological ***** .
