Extremely poor service

I have an AEG dishwasher which was purchased from Hirsch in Johannesburg some 5-6 years ago. It is playing up and needs to be repaired. As I live on a farm 300 km from Johannesburg I want an address in Johannesburg to leave the machine for repairs. This proves to be impossible. I am told that a technician will call and my details taken. As expected I never hear from AEG again. It appears that it is not possible to bring the machine in for repairs . Since AEG does not send repair people to farms ( I can understand that) my machine cannot be repaired. So if one lives outside a major centre and one buys an AEG machine one can not have it repaired if it breaks .
