Exceptional Service

<p>I had a 100 litre vertical geyer still under their 5 year warrantee. I called them and within 2 hours it was replaced at no expense to myself. HOW'S THAT FOR GREAT SERVICE!</p> <p> </p> <p>On the other hand, I had to Duratherm geysers that had manufacturing defects with threaded connection. They were not even interested in understanding why it failed. They told the warrentee was void because I had removed one just after Christmas when no plumbers were around and the second because polycop was used for the inlet piping. Any excuss will do!</p>
