Electrolux Kwikot shortchanging customers

Bought a geyser from Kwikot in 2021 with a 5-year warranty. I had to replace it last week (October 2023) as it burst. They agreed to replace it, but little did I know that they would shortchange me by coming up with a dozen excuses why their plumbers would not do the labor. I ended up paying R2000 for my own plumber. Such *****sters!
