Electrolux Kwikot sales person need to be reprimanded for NO cutomer relations

The sales person Michael at Electrolux Kwikot is rude and dont know how to talk to potential customers.When i called to enqiure about a 1000 liter geyser quote they promised me 2 weeks ago he slammed the phone in my ear as he said I am talking too load for his liking. When i called back to complain to his manager Tebogo the lady that answered the phone at sales did the same thing when i asked to speak to the manager she put the phone down
