Electrolux incompetency

*********** service! On 24 July 2024 I ordered and paid for one top sliding tray and obe bottom sliding tray for my AEG dishwasher. The top sliding tray only was delivered on 22 August 2024. It was mentioned that the bottom sliding tray was not in stock and would be delivered within 6 - 8 weeks. It is now 3 months later and still no bottom tray and no communication from ARG Electrolux!
