ELECTROLUX

Soooo... I wrote about my experience with Makro and an ELECTROLUX product. As I mentioned, I handed it in twice, only to be told that there is nothing wrong ?? (I don't know why I would take the time and effort to take something back if it is in a working condition ?)

A VERY arrogant sales person from ELECTROLUX called me to tell me that he had the machine on and that, according to him, there is nothing wrong with the machine.......

I told him that it is faulty and that I will not take it back, because I will only be back there again in a few days..

This product is still within the 6 month warranty period, but they refuse to exchange it or reimburse me !!!????
