Electrocution Elements - Unreliable safety

I have had a Kwikot 150lt geyser installed originally by Insurer and One Stop Plumbing in 2014 The geyser lasted about a year and one day I was in the ****house when suddenly the ceiling started to drip boiling hot water and within a minute the entire ceiling opened up with a full tank of boiling water collapsing at my feet. I literally shat myself and my only escape was out the window which by the way is small. In anyway, the geyser was repaired and new thermostat and element and seal, valves, drip tray with outlet pipe. By the way, the cause given was very vague but the diptray had collapsed because of the boiling water melting or deforming it. In anyway it is now 2018 and I must ask this question, why are the elements so **** in your geysers I have stopped using plumbers because it costs a fortune and have resorted to replacing the element myself every 6 months without fail Furthermore why do your elements implode inside the geyser and send electricity through the water and onto us The Earth is connected and Earth leakage tested and changed to be sure, yet it still does this . I'm ****ed that my son nearly got electrocuted by your geyser and without fail took out the element that was still working by the way to find a seperated and blown up element yet again for the 4th time now . Yes I am using your genuine Kwikot parts and Yes I am more than experienced and qualified to fit an element in a geyser This is dangerous and I cannot be the only one out there that this has happened to?
