Don't Buy Kwikot

Shame on You Kwikot and Electrolux, fleecing money out of unsuspecting consumers with a ****/False guarantee, I purchased a geyser from a hardware store, a day after installation it was leaking, the plumber who installed it said to contact Kwikot as it looks like a Factory fault. 3 call outs by kwikot appointed plumber who after bad mouthing Kwikot, put on his report incorrectly installed, when the plumber who installed the geyser told your representative to come to my place and show exactly how it's supposed to be installed you refuse. Yet you claim from seeing a picture that it's installed incorrectly your customer service department is pathetic people talk anyhow on the phone, you can hear people laughing and joking in the background, you never get a call back. Your service department's managers solution to my problem is "to do an insurance claim" You don't even deserve one star.
