DONT BUY AEG PRODUCTS !!

We purchased an AEG oven and Microwave oven last year which were fitted in January this year and are extremely disappointed with both items and the dreadful service we have received from AEG. The microwave has not worked since 9th February and the oven makes a loud s****ping noise when used. We have made numerous online bookings for the service engineer to come and rectify but they all appear to be *********** as none of the issues have been resolved. 1st call out was 9th February, confirming a visit on 17th February. Problem not resolved. 2nd service call arranged on 16th Feb for 23rd February and the problem was not resolved. 3rd service call made on 22nd February with engineer call out on 2nd March. Problem not resolved. 4th service call arranged on 22 March confirming call out on 26 March. Problem not resolved. 5th service call arranged on 26th March confirming call out on 6th April. Technician failed to turn up!!!! The service from AEG is totally unacceptable. Even though we have made a formal compliant through their online service, no one from AEG has bothered to make contact with us. The product and service is shocking!!!Outraged.
