DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS - THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU!
Selling geysers with manufacturer defects costing customers time and money. Do not fulfil their warranty obligations; i.e. no after-sales service, no concept of what customer service is, and do not listen to customers. They simply do not care! I don't want to leave an essay, just trust me when I say DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PURCHASING FROM OR WORKING WITH THEM.

As a result of your bad customer service; not hearing me out/reading my emails, not even so little as a "thank you for bringing this to our attention" or "so sorry but we cannot help you any further", instead you respond with a snotty "as per my previous email" and repeat something that has nothing to do with my case.
