DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM KWIKOT

I had a geyser burst A week ago and my geyser was still under warranty I then contacted the store I bought it from they assisted me in getting it repaired yesterday kwikot sent two guys to assist me by the names Samson and Themba the one guy got in and just looked at the thermostat and said it is null and void so they cannot assist me, I then asked how so he then says your SABS sticker is fading I said but it is your companies geyser and thermostat he says no we cannot assist you now when he writes on the service call paper he gives a difference reason which I really felt that this guy wanted some form of money to fix my geyser I really feel ****** by the company kwikot and I really trusted their name
